She then worked in executive search for a renowned recruitment consultancy in Düsseldorf. There, she received training in traditional headhunting at a time when direct search was still conducted primarily through personal and telephone contact. This solid foundation continues to shape her approach today, combined with modern, digital methods of direct search. She later headed the client acquisition department of a recruitment agency in Cologne and also worked as a certified job coach and trainer for application and interview skills.
Since founding Amiridis Consulting in 2009, she has built on her extensive experience in recruitment and today has more than 21 years of expertise in filling demanding specialist and executive positions.
